Master Bath, Issaquah

The owners of this 1980’s home in Issaquah, on the Sammamish Plateau, recently moved in and one of their first priorities was to perform a master bath remodel. Done to Spec connected them with a previous client who provided information on contemporary products and materials that they used in their master bath remodel. The look and feel of the space is clean and simple and can be accented in a variety of ways with different décor, such as bath towels, rugs, artwork and bath accessories.

The homeowners chose a composite granite for the countertop. Plumbing fixtures for the shower, tub and sinks are from Grohe.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A Kerdi waterproof system from Schluter was used for the shower walls and floor. This system ensures that moisture will never reach the house framing, which could result in costly repairs down the road. An electric heated floor system was installed under the porcelain floor tile.
