Done to Spec exists to make your home better and your life easier. Our team of professionals recognizes that life is busy and we want to help get things done.

Done to Spec started as a handyman business in 2007 and has grown to include larger remodel projects, like kitchens, baths and home renovations. Regardless of the project size, our goal is to help you live life while maintaining and improving your home or business.

Done to Spec is based on the Sammamish Plateau and serves the Eastside and greater Puget Sound area.

Jacob Predmore

Jacob Predmore has lived in Sammamish for 10 years, where he and his wife currently raise their three children. Jacob started Done to Spec in 2007 as a handyman and general contractor. He is active in the community and because of his business, has relationships with many people in the area. He enjoys getting to know clients and business partners and recognizes the value in building a network where success can be shared. Jacob’s hard work, determination and attention to detail come in part from his days as a Decathlete with the University of Washington. He graduated in 1998 from the UW with a degree in business administration.

 

Ryan Blumenthal

Ryan Blumenthal has resided in Issaquah for the past 17 years and it’s where he and his wife currently raise their four kids. Ryan met Jacob through local sports clubs and partnered with him in 2012 to help grow Done to Spec. His past experience includes various leadership positions at a local corporation where he led operations teams and managed projects. He enjoys playing and coaching sports and working on his own home (time permitting). Ryan graduated from Seattle University in 1996 with a degree in finance.
