Prior to listing this Bellevue property, the homeowner decided to do a full home renovation. Done to Spec helped him design the improvements while staying within budget. The home sold within days of going on the market and well above the asking price.

All work listed below (and more) was completed by Done to Spec.

 

 

 

The master bath received a new vanity with quartz countertop. New plumbing fixtures were installed including toilet, sink and hardware. A new light fixture was added over the mirror. The tile was replaced on the floor and shower surround.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Updated entry way includes new double doors, door hardware, tile floor and chandelier.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The kitchen received a complete facelift. Walls were removed to open the kitchen to the living and dining rooms. An island was added with cabinets for storage. Recessed lighting was installed along with pendant lights over the island.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The hall bath received some of the same updates as the master including, new tile floor and surround, plumbing fixtures and exhaust fan. The tub was replaced in the hall bath. Also, the vanity was in good shape, so it was kept, but a new countertop was installed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The basement was updated and finished in a number of areas. A drop ceiling was installed as opposed to drywall to save costs. Recessed can lights and sconces were added. A new tile fireplace surround was installed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A full laundry room was added downstairs replacing an unused sauna.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The downstairs bath was completely remodeled. New walls were framed and finished. Vinyl flooring was installed. A new shower enclosure was added along with toilet and vanity.
