Sammamish Bath Remodels

These Lake Sammamish bath remodels were created exclusively by Done to Spec. They were designed by a relative of the client, who helped select the colors, materials and fixtures. For the master bath, the floor layout stayed the same with the exception of the shower dimensions. The shower was built using the Schluter Kerdi waterproof system. The grooved marble wall tiles are unique and provide texture to the bathroom. The recessed tub was removed and replaced with a free-standing model. Countertops are marble from Pental. The guest bath has some of the same materials as the master, including cabinets, quartz counter and porcelain floor tiles. The shower was done using marble subway tiles.
