Bathroom Remodel, Sammamish

The homeowners of this property in Sammamish had already remodeled most of their home before using Done to Spec to update their main and master bathrooms.

Done to Spec helped with the planning and budgeting phase and sourcing of finish materials before beginning the bathroom remodels. The clients wanted a consistent look with the cabinetry. All other materials were unique to each bath. Besides an electric in-floor heating system in the master bath, other creative features were added and are shown below.

Main bathroom remodel:

Granite slab was used in both showers to reduce cleaning and maintenance of the grout. This is also a less expensive alternative to tiling a shower surround. An acrylic pan was used for the shower floor.

Master Bathroom Remodel:

Master bath updates included 16″ floor tile with in-floor heating, cherry cabinets with granite counters, solid granite shower and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures.

A cubby designed for the makeup stool helps eliminate obstacles in the bathroom.

Granite slabs were used in the master shower. An acrylic pan was used for the shower floor.

A recessed cabinet was added for storage in the master bath. The cabinet extended into the master closet.
