Bathroom Remodel, Issaquah

Done to Spec performed updates to all three bathrooms in this home in the Klahanie neighborhood of Issaquah. The master bathroom remodel was the most extensive, in part due to the dry rot found in the exterior wall of the old shower. Done to Spec repaired the damaged section of wall before starting the bathroom remodel. The updated master bath included heated tile floor (porcelain), porcelain shower and tub surround, new tub, brushed nickel plumbing fixtures, new toilet and frameless shower enclosure. The Kerdi Shower System by Schluter was used as waterproofing for the shower walls and pan (floor).

A unique feature of the master bath was a cubby above the tub and below the counter where the homeowner could store bath supplies.

The other bathroom upstairs received similar upgrades, including new porcelain floor and shower surround, new tub, plumbing fixtures, by-pass shower door, toilet and exhaust fan. The Kerdi Shower System was also used in this bathroom.

Other improvements performed by Done to Spec included new vinyl floor, utility sink and fixtures in the laundry room and new toilet, fixtures and exhaust fan in the downstairs powder room. Done to Spec also procured and assisted with the installation of the quartz countertops in all three bathrooms.
