Residential Upgrades, Bellevue

One of the services performed by Done to Spec is residential upgrades and remodels prior to listing a home for sale. We partner with real estate professionals and homeowners to identify key upgrades that will help increase the sales price and help the home sell more quickly.

Our latest real estate project involved a townhome on Cougar Mountain in Bellevue. In the kitchen, new granite counters were installed over existing cabinets, which were still in good condition. A new tile backsplash was installed that provided a nice transition from the black lower cabinets to the new granite and to the white upper cabinets. The same granite was used in other parts of the main floor, including the bar counter, an entryway cabinet/console and the powder room, helping to create a theme throughout.

 

 

 

Other residential upgrades on the first floor included the granite counter and backsplash in the powder room as well as a new vanity light fixture.

 

On the second floor, improvements were made in both bathrooms, including new vinyl flooring in both along with new light fixtures over the mirrors. In the master bathroom, a new tub was installed along with a quartz shower surround. The large quartz slabs, while slightly more expensive than tile, provide labor savings on the install.
